Join Nikki Baird and Brian Kilcourse from RSR Research in this webinar as they discuss food retailing
Consumer behavior shifts increasingly impact the grocery industry – more urban living, more demands for fresh and organic, and less time to devote to preparing meals. With more and more attention being focused on fresh, including an expansion of the category into meal kits and fully prepared meals, retailers need a particular set of tools at their disposal to ensure a successful – and profitable – fresh item department. This webinar will explore the consumer behavior drivers behind their shifting demands for the fresh category, the opportunity that exists for retailers, and the base capabilities to look for in fresh item and kitchen management.
