TOM & Co Selects Symphony GOLD Unified Retail Platform

Pet store retailer opts to roll out Cloud-based Supply Chain and Category Management solutions across its European stores

TomandCoParis, France, March 30, 2017 - Symphony GOLD, provider of the GOLD unified software platform for omni-channel retail, today announced that Tom & Co, a Belgium independent Pet Food and Pet Care retailer that was formerly part of the Delhaize Group, has selected Symphony GOLD’s Supply Chain and Category Management solutions, delivered through the Cloud. The pet store chain will be deploying GOLD’s Merchandise Management (including Retail Data Management), Forecasting & Replenishment, Insights, Store Operations (including Store Mobility), Vendor Management and Category Space Planning capabilities. 

Specializing in pets, pet care and pet food, Tom & Co was founded in 1991 and last year was spun out of the Delhaize Group. Today the chain counts 144 stores in Belgium, Luxembourg and France of which 136 are franchised stores and eight are corporate-owned.
